Matthews is known for its well-attended special events and family festivals, food truck Fridays, new restaurants opening, and the popular First Thursday events. These activities are bringing more people to downtown and more customers into our local stores. We hope you’ll join other interested business owners and residents across Greater Matthews and learn what’s being done to support existing businesses and encourage new businesses to consider Matthews as a viable location for startups. At this Business Summit, successful business owners will share insights into why they chose to open their stores in downtown Matthews and why they believe other startups should follow their lead.
Guest Presenters include:
Liz Parham (Director, NC Main Street and Rural Planning Center)
Rob Jacik (Owner, Carolina Beer Temple)
