Arrests - 20191006001 (B&E - School)

October 7, 2019

On Sunday, October 6, 2019, at approximately 4:09 a.m., Matthews Police Communications was notified by CMS Police that the security alarm at Butler High School located at 1810 Matthews Mint Hill Rd., had just been activated.  As Matthews officers responded to the scene, they were also informed that a male and female had been seen on video surveillance inside the school.  Upon officer’s arrival, a search of the school was conducted in which two suspects were located inside the auditorium.  They were both arrested and charged with the following:

Mr. Francisco Javier Hernandez-Gomez of Mooresville, NC

DOB – 01/11/1998

Breaking and/or Entering (Misdemeanor)  

Arrest - 20191006001 (B&E - School) (Milardic)

Ms. Romana Milardic of Matthews, NC

DOB – 11/06/1998

Breaking and/or Entering (Misdemeanor)
